#13 Yellow

      Jezza stepped through the heavy oak door and stopped, jaw hanging. It looked as if the entire town hall had been decked out in gaudy party decorations. Hundreds of yellow and black streamers hung from the ceiling, joined by pieces of tin can clinging to chairs and fans. Bright yellow garland encircled the room and hung from every surface, and rainbow colored balloons were anchored everywhere.
      Jezza shook her head at the chaos, a grin forcing one corner of her mouth up.
      "Oo, nice party decorations!" Zared exclaimed from behind her, "When's the party?"
      "ZARED!" The mayor shouted in outrage.
